The License Type lookup table in NextCrew allows companies to configure and manage license requirements that are specific to their industry. Examples may include RN License, CNA License, and Driver’s License. Configuring license types ensures that the workforce remains compliant with industry regulations, and NextCrew can automatically track, alert, and enforce documentation requirements.


Area

This setup is managed in the Admin > Lookup Tables > License Type section of NextCrew. It is a company-level configuration available for administrators.


Navigation

  1. Go to Admin Panel.

  2. Select Lookup Tables.

  3. Choose License Type.

  4. Add/Edit/Delete licenses as needed.
