This guide will walk you through how to add and manage both licenses and certifications directly inside the app.
Why Keeping Licenses & Certifications Updated Matters
Many assignments require active licenses or certifications before you can be scheduled.
Keeping your documents updated helps:
- Stay eligible for assignments
- Avoid delays caused by expired credentials
- Keep your qualifications organized in one place
- Help coordinators quickly verify your skills
- Receive reminders before documents expire
NextCrew may also send notifications when licenses or certifications are close to expiring so you can renew them on time.
How to Add a License
Step 1: Open Profile
- From the home screen, tap Profile
- Scroll down and tap Licenses
Step 2: Add a New License
- Tap the + (plus) icon at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the Type field
- Select your license category from the list
Step 3: Enter License Details
Fill in all required information, including:
- License Number
- Country
- State
- License Date
- Expiration Date
- Licensed By
Step 4: Upload Your License Document
- Tap ATTACH
- Choose one of the following options:
- Camera — Take a photo directly from your device
- Gallery — Select an existing image
- File — Upload a stored document or file
Step 5: Save Your License
After completing all information:
- Tap ADD
- Your license will now be saved inside NextCrew
How to Add a Certification
Step 1: Open Certifications
- Open Profile
- Tap Certifications
Step 2: Add a Certification
- Tap the + (plus) icon
- Fill in all required certification details
This may include:
- Certification Type
- Issue Date
- Expiration Date
- Supporting Information
Step 3: Upload Supporting Documents
Attach your certification image or document directly from your device.
You can upload files using:
- Camera
- Gallery
- Files
Step 4: Save Your Certification
Once everything is completed:
- Tap UPDATE
- Your certification will be saved successfully
