Why can't I clock in/out?

Due to your staffing agency's policies and procedures you may be required to turn your location services/GPS on for clocking in/put. There are simple actions you can take to turn on your location services.


iOS Instructions:

1. Go to your iPhone's Settings

2. Tap Privacy > Location Services

3. Scroll down and tap NextCrew

4. Select Always to choose location access



Android Instructions:

1. From your Home screen swipe notification bar down
2. If available, tap Location
3. Ensure the Location switch is set to on
4. Tap Agree
