For texts, turn on SMS in your profile. For emails, check Spam, Junk and Promotions. If your email or phone was typed wrong, your agency can fix it.
Do this

| 2 | In the SMS section, turn the switch on and choose your mobile carrier. |
| 3 | Tap UPDATE to save. |
| 4 | Check your email's Spam, Junk and Promotions folders for messages from NextCrew or your agency. |
| 5 | Still nothing? Check that the email and phone in your profile are right. |
