Switching Between Multiple Accounts

You can switch between multiple accounts without logging out every time. This is useful if you work with more than one staffing company.

Before switching, make sure you have logged in at least once with each account.

First-Time Setup (Adding Another Account)

If you're logging into a second account for the first time:

1. Tap on the Tribar (menu icon)
2. Tap on the Power icon and log out
3. Confirm the logout
4. Log in with your second account credentials

Once done, both accounts will be saved on your device.

Switching Accounts

After adding multiple accounts, you can switch anytime:

1. Tap on the Tribar
2. Tap on the company expand icon
3. Select the account you want to switch to

✅ The check mark shows the account you’re currently using.

Good to Know

• You don’t need to log out again after setup
• You’ll receive notifications from all signed-in accounts

Can I share my profile with other staffing companies?

No, NextCrew does not allow profile sharing between different staffing companies. Each company has its own processes and custom fields, so keeping profiles separate helps avoid confusion and keeps everything running smoothly.

Can I use the same email for multiple staffing agencies?

Yes, you can use the same email address to create or access accounts with different staffing agencies on NextCrew.

Can I switch between multiple accounts?

Yes! You can easily switch between your accounts without logging out using the account switching feature.

Why am I not able to switch accounts?

You’ll only be able to switch between accounts if you have logged into each account at least once before.

Do I need the same username and password for all accounts?

No, your accounts can have different usernames and passwords. You can still switch between them without any issues.
