Task categories in NextCrew allow companies to organize and filter tasks based on their purpose, such as Onboarding, CRM, or Jobs. By grouping tasks under categories, users can better manage workflows and track progress across multiple functions. Task category statuses add an additional layer of control by defining the different stages of a task’s lifecycle.
