Quick Steps to Export Your List to Excel
Navigate to Your List Screen
Open the module/screen containing the list of records you wish to export (e.g., Crew Members, Orders, Clients).
Customize Your View (Optional)
Select which columns to display: Adjust columns to show only the data you want.
Reorder columns as desired: Drag and drop the columns to order them how you like.
Apply any relevant filters or sorts to further refine your list.

Find the Export Button
Look for the Export to Excel icon at the top right corner of the list.
Export Your Data
Click the Export icon.
The system will generate an Excel file containing only the rows and columns you see, in the order you set.
Download and Open
Locate the Excel (.xlsx) file in your downloads folder.
Open the file and review your customized data!
Pro Tips
Any filters or search criteria you apply will be honored in the exported Excel file.
