Steps
Compose Your Message
Write your message as you normally would in the messaging interface.
Save as Template
Click the “Save as Template” option (usually below the message box).
Give your template a clear, descriptive name.
Reusing a Template
Next time, click the template dropdown.
Select your saved template to auto-fill the message box.
Sharing Your Template
To share, toggle the “Share” switch on your template.
Shared templates become available to others in your organization.
Editing or Deleting Templates
Only the user who created the template can edit or delete it.
Access your templates list, select the template, and choose “Edit” or “Delete.”

Please note that, creating message templates feature is available only in 2.0 but messages sent using templates in 2.0 are compatible with legacy.
