Tasks are crucial as it helps efficiently manage assignments, track progress, and ensure accountability. By organizing tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring statuses, you can streamline operations, improve team coordination, and enhance overall productivity.



1. On the right sidebar, select the Tasks icon2. Type in the title of the task

3. Set the priority (default is Medium)

4. Assign the task to yourself (default) or to an Administrator or Crew Member

5. Set the due date

6. Set the task status to one of the following

  • Not Started
  • Deferred
  • In Progress
  • Waiting for Input
  • Completed

7. Write a description of the task

8. Add an attachment (if needed)

9. Click Add to save the task
