1. Click on Profile (you will be auto-directed to the Profile tab) then scroll down to the bottom of the page

2. Type in the current password that was provided to you by your system administrator or NextCrew Technical Support

3. In the New Password field, type in new password


  • NextCrew's password policy: 
    • Must start with a letter
    • Must contain a number
    • Must contain a symbol
    • Must be at least 8 characters
    • Numbers cannot be in sequential order (1234)

4. Re-type password to confirm

5. To save click on UPDATE PASSWORD
