Task by definition is the smallest identifiable and essential piece of a job that serves as a unit of work, and as a means of differentiating between the various components of a project. NextCrew’s task management module allows all users to be more organized. Once you have an understanding of the capabilities NextCrew’s Task Management Module has to offer it will be one of the most powerful features you will utilize!
To View an Assigned Task:
Click on your profile picture with the number of tasks assigned
Please note, in the example above there is only one task assigned at this time.
To Create a Task:
Click on ACTIVITY then the Tasks tab
2. Click on ADD TASK (see above reference)
3. Title and prioritize the task
4. Click CREATE
5. In the TASK DETAIL page fill in the fields/blanks*
6. Click UPDATE to save
