Estimates and invoices in NextCrew are very similar in appearance and function. The main difference is that an estimate (also sometimes called a bid or a quote) is a proposal of services, and what they will cost your client, and an invoice is a bill for those services completed. Please know that, when an invoice is estimated, it always uses scheduled hours (even if you have actual timesheets created) and for actual invoices, we use only timesheet hours which have been created.
