Employability skills are those skills necessary for getting, keeping and being successful in a job. They are the transferable skills that ultimately become strong ambassadors for the organization. Please note, not all staffing agencies allow ‘crew’ to add, modify or delete skills.
TO ADD A SKILL:
1. After you have signed in navigate to the PROFILE menu then Skills tab
2. Click ADD
3. Utilize the Industry and Skill drop down menus to select skills
4. Click Add to save
TO EDIT or REMOVE A SKILL:
The pencil is used to edit
The trash can will remove the skill
*Tags allow you to specify free-form keywords related to skills. Any note you add on the skill would be displayed on your profile.
**Please note, based on company preferences you may not be able to select your skills. You may only be able to view your skills.
