Configuring the timesheet view is important because it allows you to tailor the display to focus on the most relevant information, improving efficiency and clarity. By selecting specific columns, you can easily track important details like crew hours, job status, and pay periods, making it easier to review timesheets, spot discrepancies, and make informed decisions. Customizing the view also helps streamline workflows, ensuring you only see what’s necessary and avoiding clutter, which ultimately saves time and reduces the likelihood of errors.


1. Navigate to Operation > Timesheet

2. Select the gear symbol

3. Configure your timesheet view by selecting the relevant columns


Available Columns:

  • All Columns
  • Client ID – Your Client ID
  • Crew ID – The Crew Member's ID
  • Crew Name – Crew Member's First and Last Name
  • Clock-In – Time the Crew Member clocked in
  • Clock-Out – Time the Crew Member clocked out
  • Pay Period From-To – Pay period week
  • Position – Crew Member’s job position
  • Break – Duration of break time
  • Hours – Total job hours worked
  • Status – Timesheet status

Timesheet Statuses:

  • Unapproved - Crew Member did not clock in
  • Crew Approved – Crew member clocked in/out
  • Supervisor Approved – A crew member clocked in another crew member
  • Client Approved – Client has approved the timesheet
  • Approved – Administrator has approved the timesheet
  • Paid – Administrator has processed payment for the crew member
  • Under Review – Timesheet is currently under review
  • Not Completed – Crew member did not complete the job
  • Client Declined – Client has declined the timesheet
