1. Click on Workspace

    

2. Click on Orders

    

3. Click on Jobs

    

4. Locate Applicable Job and Click on the > to open Job Detail Flyout

    

Creating a Template

        

5. Locate Applicab;e Job and Click on the Job Title

    

6. Locate the Description Section and Click on EDIT

    

7. Type in Description

    

8. Click on Default

    

9. Click on Save As Template

    

10. Type in Template Name

          

If Desired click on Share to Share Template with all Admins

        

11. Click on Save

    

12. Click on Update

    

Updating a Template

        

13. Scroll Down to Description and Click on EDIT

    

14. Click on Default

    

15. Click on Applicable Template to Update

    

16. Type in or Update Description

    

17. Click on SAVE

    

18. Click on Update
