1. Click on Settings

    

2. Click on Company Profile

    

3. If needed Scroll to the left to access the Holiday Schedule section

    

4. Click on Holiday Schedule

    

5. Click on Add Record

    

6. Chose the date of the Holiday you wish to add

    

7. Select the corresponding Country

    

      8. Type in Holiday Name    

    

9. Select Applicable States

    

⚠️  Overtime

    

Depending on your company policies/rules and configuration, overtime hours would still be automatically calculated

      

      10. If you are offering mark up pay and bill rates for this day, you can include it here    

    

11. Optional: Select Applicable Pay Code

    

12. Click on Add
