A dashboard is important because it centralizes key information, offering real-time insights into job status, performance, and staffing levels. It allows you to quickly assess data, make informed decisions, and take necessary actions, such as adjusting jobs or monitoring trends. By presenting critical information in an easy-to-understand format, dashboards improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support better resource management.
