The Daily Pulse Dashboard is used for Administrators to conveniently view and communicate with Crew Members who are/should be at work locations (onsite). 


Navigate to the Operation menu then click on Daily Pulse 


The filters will be defaulted to today's date in the Date Range filter, Office Location, Line of Business, Client, Assigned To, Job Name, Order Title, Crew and Status will default to All, but are subject to change based on the desired drop-down menu option selected. To save selection click the blue Apply Filters Button at the bottom of the flyout.


The column Grid view is completely Customizable similar to that of all other column views. You can select what data you wish to view and not view,where you would like each column located in the grid view (using drag and drop), and the option to nest columns to make for easier more consilidated viewing. The dashboard is using real time data to display the following: No Shows, Mobile Clock-In, Late Clock-In, Early Clock-Out and Late Clock-Out. 




Status indicators will automatically change based on On-Site, No Show and if clocked out.

Green CompletedThe Crew Member has Clocked In and Out

Blue On-Site: The Crew Member has Clocked-In

Yellow Not Started: The Start Time has not begun

Red No Show: The Crew Member has not clocked in after 15 minutes of the start time


Daily Pulse will display when Crew Member has clocked In with a mobile device then display the actual clock in and out times.  Administrators can approve timesheet records from this screen.  To apply edits to timesheet records you can select the > to open the flyout to make and apply updates.
