The Crew Profile Detail contains more information on your Crew Members than the Crew Members Page and allows you to make many changes and review more detailed information than the grid or flyout.  If you are needing further detail for the HR Process or to make a decision or taking an action regarding a specific Crew Member for your company or agency, the Crew Profile Detail is a great place to start.

To access Crew Profile details, you can navigate to the Crew Members detail through:

  • Clicking on Crew Name on the Crew Members Grid (or anywhere else that Crew Name appears blue and hyperlinked, such as the Invite or Offers page)

  • Clicking on the Detail icon from the Crew Member Flyout

At the top of the Crew Member detail page, the Crew Member's Profile Picture, Crew Name, email, phone number and star count is displayed.  There is also a blue Message button that you can use to directly message the Crew Member. This basic information is static across all tabs on the Crew Member Profile.

Below the basic information, there are various tabs that contain different modules and information.

The first page that you see when you reach the Crew Profile Detail page will be the Overview (Detailed Article Coming Soon).

The tab/section that you are currently viewing will be highlighted with a blue line underneath the tab.
