The Site Configuration page will allow you to set company default settings and much more. Please contact support@nextcrew.com if additional information is needed prior to taking action on specific change.


To change your configuration settings click on SETTINGS then the Site Configuration tab

Default Employment Type

  • Full Time
  • Part Time
  • Contractor 
  • Temporary (most commonly used)
  • Intern
  • Temp to Hire
  • Event (removes end time)

Default Privacy Setting

  • Verified
  • Inactive
  • Public
  • My Crew
  • Private

Default Hours

  • Type in amount of default hours per job

Default Start date of the Job

  • Click to select start time from drop down menu

From Email Address

  • When it comes to the automated emails where should they be displayed as coming from

Main Email Address

  • Set the tone for company email address and this will also display as company contact in NextCrew Mobile

Reply To Email

  • The email address set as the reply to for messages from the company

Failed Attestation Email

  • Select which email address to receive failed attestation

Lock Timesheet After Minutes

  • Type in to determine amount of time until the portal locks the timesheet from the crew member's ability to modify

Automatically Create Timesheets for Completed Jobs

  • When set, the system will automatically create timesheets for completed jobs (This is a great tool to have timesheet records created as Unapproved to let the administrator know that someone did not clock in)

Match Jobs on Skill and Availability

  • When set, the system will match jobs by skill and availability (Recommended)

Show Bank Information

  • When set, the system will show bank information
