The UN/PUBLISH toggle allows administrators to create/edit shifts within a specific order to be unpublished making them invisible until they are published by an administrator this includes notifications to field talent.
1. Slide the Publish toggle to grey to suppress publication to Talents
2. Create/Modify shifts
3. Select UPDATE (to save and stay in order screen) or POST (to save and close order screen)
