The Daily Pulse Dashboard is used for Administrators to conveniently view and communicate with Crew Members who are/should be at work locations (onsite). 


Navigate to the ACTIVITY menu then click on the Daily Pulse tab


The filters will be defaulted to today's date in the Date Range filter, Office Location, Division, Assigned To, Job Name, Crew and Status will default to All but subject to change based on desired drop-down menu option selected. The data will automatically change based on selected drop down options selected.


The statistics shown in the below example are to provide you with all Crew Members who are to work during the specified filters. The dashboard is using real time data to display the following: No Shows, Mobile Clock-In, Late Clock-In, Early Clock-Out and Late Clock-Out. 


The details in the Pulse will provide you with the following: 

  • Profile Photo 
  • Job Title when clicked will navigate to Edit Job Detail page
  • First and Last Name
  • Position/Skill
  • Primary Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Status of Timesheet Record
  • Link to Reviews
  • Work Location (Address)
  • Percentage of On-Time Attendance
  • Scheduled Time 
  • Time Zone

Status indicators will automatically change based on On-Site, No Show and if clocked out.

Green CompletedThe Crew Member has Clocked In and Out

Blue On-Site: The Crew Member has Clocked-In

Yellow Not Started: The Start Time has not begun

Red No Show: The Crew Member has not clocked in after 15 minutes of the start time


Daily Pulse will display when Crew Member has clocked In with a mobile device then display the actual clock in and out times. Admin can override the times but must save changes to update in Timesheet tab. Administrator can APPROVE timesheet record from this screen. Timesheet tags are available from drop down menu, please click on save to continue saving data entry. The Administrator can message to the Crew Member from this screen as well.
