1. If you need to verify a license/certificate, access the internal details for the Crew Member by selecting the tribar
2. Scroll down to the License and Certification/Training section
3. View the information displayed in pane - if there is an attachment with the license, certificat/training the font color will be hyperlink blue
5. Select the blue verification check mark to validate
6. The portal will auto fill for the administrator and date the check mark was added
Optional: Once all licenses, certificates/trainings have been verified the administrator can select the Is Information Verified located at the top of the crew members detail page.
