1. Click on NETWORK, you will be auto-directed to the My Crew tab

2. Select Crew Member Details icon

3.  Reset Password

4. Deselect Account Locked if present

5. Click UPDATE to save


Password requirements:

  • Start with a letter
  • At least one numeric value (1,2,3)
  • At least one special symbol (!,@,#)
  • Have a combination of upper and lower case (A,b,C)
  • At least eight characters or more
