NextCrew allows you to easily integrate to other payroll systems including Paychex. The process to integrate with Paychex involves synchronization of employee records and importing of timesheet hours. Each employee record needs to exist in both system and they are mapped via INTERNAL ID (and not an employee name). If you have not setup any employee in Paychex then you can run a report for Paychex and provide them the information so that, employee records are setup. If employees already exists in Paychex then you need to update employee ID in NextCrew (Open up internal detail and date INTERNAL ID from Paychex).
