When an administrator grants access to their system the admin is simply creating a client user to do the following (click here to view all):

  • View Talent Pool
  • Create a Job
  • Evaluate Staff Performance
  • Complete Timesheet Approval


1. Navigate to the Client's Detail Page 


2. Scroll down to Users then select ADD

3. Pre filled is the Client's Company Name then fill in all required* fields

4. By having the toggles set to blue the portal will send the client an email with their username

5. Click ADD to save and send
