For many functions that you need to perform when running your business, you need to run a report. Reports are extremely versatile and allow you to create lists of finances, products, customer data and invoices. You can create a broad report to search for all invoices or limit your invoice lists to specific customers and dates using filters.


1. Go to REPORTS then select the Invoice report needed to run

2A. Invoice Details - Type in Invoice Number then click REFRESH

2B. Invoice Summary - Select Dates, Client or Job Title then click REFRESH
