Performance reviews are one of the most important communication tools an organization can use. It will benefit both the employee and their employer. It is a time to provide feedback, recognize quality performance and set expectations for future job performance.
1. Navigate to the JOBS menu then the Review tab
2.Use the drop-down menu to filter for better search results or type the name in the search box
3. Complete a review by sliding the review indicator to blue, select star performance ranking and writing a review
*NextCrew shows a cumulative rating for each crew member on their profile. You can use this rating to prioritize crew members while inviting for a job.
