The invoice management module also allows you to add expenses, taxes, deposits, and payments.


If you have added reimbursement amounts on the timesheet, it will also get included as a part of the invoice.


An invoice is always associated with a job order. Keep in mind that, you could have more than one invoice associated with a job order. The reason for that is, for a longer job, you could break invoices down into weekly or multiple invoices.
