Depending on your company configuration you can recruit new talent using the built-in job board which allows them to view and apply for jobs only once they have been hired and verified by the system administrator.
You can also create custom groups of crew members to communicate with or invite them to a job. In addition to groups, you can also maintain a client preferred list of crew members. For adding reviews for the jobs performed by each crew member.

- Inactive Crew Members
- Crew Activity
