A Recurring Job Order is a job order/job which is set to automatically repeat for the same client based on a pattern you create.
Recurring Jobs are used for scenarios such as:
- Regularly occurring services certain days of the week (ex. a weekly general labor service)
- Honoring a Client's long-term contract with the same crew members
With Recurring Jobs, you:
- Save time, by duplicating basic information from your original Job to its recurrences
- Keep your business running, by ensuring you don't forget to perform important services
1. To set up a recurring job order navigate to the EDIT JOB ORDER page and click on the "gear" icon
2. Use the drop-down menu to set the frequency needed either daily or weekly
3. You can select to Include Offers which will select the crew to be added to the recurring job in the future event by checking the box. If you have selected the checkbox it would mean that confirmed crew members within the job order would also be rolled over.
4. Specify the number of days before the actual job date, it should be cloned. If a job order is every Wednesday of the week, you may want to recreate it on Sunday e.g 3 days prior.
5. Type in the End Date needed. The system would stop cloning the order once it has reached the end date. For open-ended job order, keep the date blank.
6. Status indicates if the order is actively recurring to start move status to from Inactive to Active
- The order is recurring from order ID: ######
7. Click SAVE to update then the window will close
8. Click UPDATE/POST in order to save all changes
Recurring orders will display recurring icon in the Orders tab
Note: Please note, the master job order is used as a base for the recurring process.
