My Crew is an integrated feature listed in your NETWORK connections that add more depth to your employee list. It is an employee directory that allows you to add details about themselves, including phone numbers, skill sets, locations and more.
Search Options: There are multiple search options that can be used in this section: Simple, Advanced Search and optional sorting features.

Basic Functions: There are a number of functions that can be executed through the My Crew page.
- Name: When clicking the name you will be directed to their public profile
- Location: The Primary City and State are displayed
- Groups: Groups associated with or to associate with
- Skills: All skills associated with the crew member
- Email: When clicked you will be directed to your company email to compose an email
- Phone Number: If SMS enabled will see to the right of the phone number
- Crew Member Details Page: One click to edit crew member's profile
- Violations: If a crew member has a violation it will also be displayed by profile picture
- Hired: If hired on the grey shadow will turn green
- Verified: Once all verification has been completed the indicator will display green
- Favorite: Also known as preferred crew member for jobs
- Last Login Date: Know when crew are signing in through the web or mobile app
- Star Rating Based on Performance Review(s): Stars will fill to a solid yellow as reviews are compiled
- Member Details: This will redirect the administrator to the crew members
- Message: This allows you to send a message to the crew member individually through the NextCrew system
