Employers of all stripes want their employees to behave according to their rules, and these rules are commonly referred to as the "code of conduct." This code determines what is and is not acceptable behavior for an employee, and it may include behavior that occurs outside of the confines of the organization's walls. Breaking the code of conduct guarantees a response by the organization.
Add a Violation:
1. Navigate to the NETWORK menu then the My Crew tab
2. Select the individual from your crew list and click on their name
3. Click on the red flag
4. Type in the field to add comment
5. Click Report to add the violation
Remove a Violation:
1. Navigate to the NETWORK menu then the My Crew tab
2. Select the individual
3. Click on Crew Member Details
5. Click on the red x to delete a violation
6. Validate the deletion of the violation by clicking Yes
Please note, the violation is seen throughout your system. This will appear on the selected profile in your crew network and when inviting crew members for a job.

You can run a violation report for everyone by clicking on the REPORTS menu and selecting Violation Report.
