NextCrew allows you to maintain a variety of information on your clients which results in better customer service and efficient operation.

2A. Click ADD to add a new client

2B. Click on the name of the client to edit their details page

A complete client profile is compiled of the following and it allows you to streamline the process across the system.

  • Location
    • You can specify bill and work location for a client. Once completed, when you create a job order, the system will automatically populate locations or allow you pick one, eliminating the need to retype any information.
  • Client Contacts
    • When creating a job order, client contacts are available for you to select so that, you know the contact person for that order, if any questions need to be answered.
  • Crew Preference
    • Your client might have their preferred (or not) people. Once you specify client preference here, the system will help you make right decision to provide the best client service. Crew members not preferred by a client will never see those jobs for that client and when you invite specific people for a job, staffing coordinators can easily give the first preference to preferred people if they are available.
  • Rate Management
    • It's not easy to remember client's bill rates. Most of the times, the rate could vary based on the type of service you provide. By creating a rate configuration by a client, the system will automatically populate rates when jobs and timesheets are created.
  • Skill Preference
    • Understanding what type of skills sets your client's request is a great information to have. Skill preference allows you to maintain the list of those most commonly asked positions by a client.
  • Tasks
    • If you do have to send a contract for clients to sign or update their rate next year, how would you remember? Creating a task by client allows you to easily create and maintain such operating process.
  • Documents
    • If you do receive specific instructions from a client such as training document or an orientation form template, you can store it here to be shared by others.
  • Notes
    • Any change in rates or standard request can be added as a note for other team members so that, everyone is on the same page for your client. Each note is tracked by date/time and user.
  • Company Web Addresses
    • Once added to the profile you will be able to click to launch their links

Depending on your configuration you can create client users which will allow them access to log in from the website or mobile app to approve timesheets, rate staff for their work and post job requests.
