There are various types of documentation that may be required. With NextCrew the administrator is able to create various categories of documentation and their privacy setting. For instance, in a timesheet their may need to be an additional document category for vouchers. Within the settings the administrator can set the tone for who can view the vouchers uploaded by the crew member. Or in a unique situation where additional documentation is required within the crew member's profile.
1. Navigate to the SETTINGS menu then click on the Document Categories tab
