Step by Step Directions


To search all crew members:

1. Click on the INVITE 

2. Select Criteria

3. Select the Crew Members you would like to INVITE

4. Click on Assign - Make Offer - Cancel

5. Click UPDATE to save 

Please note: Inviting the best staff to a job is driven by system defaults set up during implementation. These defaults may differ by a client and should be discussed with your NextCrew Implementation and Support Teams.  


Use Report Generator to Assign:

1. Go to the REPORTS menu then select Quick Crew Member Assignments

2. Start by filtering Crew Member - Dates -  Office Location - Skill - Client - Job Title then click REFRESH

3. Click Request - Assign or Cancel
