Most organizations rely on the telephone or email to relay important messages, while meetings remain a popular means of communication for others. However, there are many scenarios in which group communication can be a far more effective channel of communication. One of the reasons that group communication can be more effective is because of NextCrew reaches out to users using their preferred communication method and that is - SMS, Email, Mobile app or Website. Practically every individual has a mobile device, and those that do not have an Internet-enabled smartphone usually have a cell phone capable of receiving SMS text messages. This means most crew members can reach their entire workforce with just the click of a button.
1. Navigate to the MESSAGES menu then the Inbox tab
2. Click on NEW MESSAGE
3. In the To field start typing the group you created, or type in a name for an individual message
4. Add a subject and compose a message in the message field
5. Click Send
Please know that, there are also pre-defined groups available in the system and those are your office location(s) and skills.
