Do you have special circumstances where a crew member has a negotiated a skill pay rate? NextCrew wants to ensure that you can accommodate for those unique circumstances.
Instructions to Set the Crew Member's Skill Rate:
1. Select the Crew Member's Details icon
2. Scroll down to the Skills section then click on the pencil to edit the set skills
3. Edit the Pay Rate then click on Edit
EXAMPLE:
Instructions for Default Pay Rate:
1. Follow Step 1 from above reference.
2. Scroll down to Default Rate
3. Type in rate then click UPDATE
*Please note, if there are individual crew member rates the skill will need to be left blank in the job order.
