Once a job is confirmed, you will receive the notification from your staffing coordinator. The notification is sent to you via your notification preference, that is - email, SMS, push notification. All methods allow you to acknowledge the confirmation, which is a great way for staffing coordinator to know that you have seen the confirmation.
24 hours before the job start time, the system will send you a systematic reminder. Please re-confirm the reminder so that, staffing coordinator knows that you will show up for the job. It is always good practice to view job details before you arrive at the job location. If for any reason you are running late or cannot make it to the job, please let your staffing coordinator know by calling. System may not allow you to cancel a confirmed job within 24/48/72 hours prior to the job.
